These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) set out the rules for
using our services, classes, and facilities. By booking or attending a class, workshop, or private session with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. General Information

The studio is operated from 63A Church Street, Enfield, EN2 6AN. We reserve the right to amend these Terms at anytime. Updated versions will be posted in the studio and/or on our website.

2. Bookings & Payments

All classes must be booked in advance via our online booking
system, app, or reception. Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. Class credits, packages, and memberships are non-transferable
and non-refundable except as required by law or under the 24-hour cooling-off policy. We reserve the right to change class schedules, instructors, or services at short notice.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Group Classes & Private Sessions: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the class or session start time.
Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the full fee being charged or
credit deducted.

Cooling-Off Period: All purchases (single sessions, packages, or memberships) are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period from the time of purchase. During this period, you may cancel and receive a full refund.

Refunds are not issued for missed sessions outside of the
cooling-off period.

4. Memberships & Packages

Memberships run on a recurring basis (weekly, monthly, or annual as applicable). Memberships may be paused or cancelled with written
notice to [email protected].

Welcome offers, single session passes and monthly memberships are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.

Block session passes (e.g. 5 or 10 classes) are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.

All sessions must be used within the validity period; unused sessions will expire and are non-refundable.

5. Health & Safety

All class participants must be aged 15 years old or over.
Participation in classes is at your own risk. You must notify your instructor of any injuries, medical conditions, or pregnancy before class. We are not liable for any injury sustained during classes unless caused by our negligence.
Suitable clothing and grip socks must be worn for safety and hygiene. Mobile
phones must be switched off or silenced during class.

6. Studio Rules

Please arrive at least 5 minutes before class. Late arrivals may not be admitted once the class has started.

Personal belongings should be stored in designated areas;
the studio is not responsible for loss or theft of personal property. Food and drink (other than water) are not permitted in the studio. Respect the
instructor, other clients, and equipment at all times.

7. Liability Waiver

By attending classes, you confirm that: You are physically fit to participate in Pilates exercises. You understand Pilates involves
physical activity and accept the risks involved. You release the studio, its
staff, and instructors from liability for any personal injury, loss, or damage sustained while on the premises, except where caused by negligence.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

We collect and process personal data in line with UK GDPR
and Data Protection Act 2018. Information is used only for class bookings,
membership management, and studio communication. We will not share your information with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

9. Complaints & Feedback

We welcome feedback and will address complaints promptly.
Any concerns should be raised in writing to the studio [email protected].

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of
England and Wales.
