BODILABS TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. INTERPRETATION AND DEFINITIONS
1.1 In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:
- “Class” means any fitness, yoga, Pilates or wellness session provided by or on behalf of Bodilabs at the Studio.
- “Bodilabs” means Bodilabs (trading name of the operating company).
- “Member” means any individual who has completed a Registration Form and holds a valid Membership.
- “Membership” includes all packages offered by Bodilabs, including subscriptions, class packs, drop-ins and promotional offers.
- “Studio” means Bodilabs premises and any additional locations used for delivering Classes.
- “Website” means www.bodilabs.uk
- “Terms and Conditions” means these terms as updated from time to time.
1.2 These Terms apply to all Members and visitors attending Classes.
1.3 Bodilabs reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updates will be published on the Website.
2. MEMBERSHIP
2.1 Membership begins once a Registration Form is completed and a booking or purchase is made.
2.2 Bodilabs reserves the right to accept or refuse membership at its discretion.
2.3 Membership is personal and non-transferable.
2.4 Membership starts from the purchase date unless otherwise stated.
2.5 Bodilabs may suspend or terminate membership if a Member breaches these Terms or behaves in a way that negatively affects others.
2.6 Membership fees are non-refundable unless required by law or stated otherwise.
2.7 Members may only attend classes according to their Membership type.
3. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND CLASS PACKS
3.1 Subscription memberships renew automatically unless cancelled.
3.2 Payments are taken in advance and must be kept up to date.
3.3 Members may freeze their subscription (where applicable) subject to an administration fee.
3.4 Subscription fees may be updated with prior notice.
3.5 Members can cancel subscriptions by contacting Bodilabs via email. Cancellation takes effect immediately unless otherwise stated.
3.6 Class packs are valid for a fixed period and expire if unused.
3.7 Expired passes cannot be refunded but may be extended at Bodilabs’ discretion (subject to a fee).
3.8 Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee or loss of class credit.
4. BOOKINGS AND CANCELLATIONS
4.1 Classes must be booked in advance via the Website or booking system.
4.2 Cancellation policies apply:
- Late cancellations (within a specified time window) may incur a fee.
- No-shows may result in charges or lost credits.
4.3 Waitlists operate automatically. Members are responsible for managing their bookings.
5. HEALTH AND SAFETY
5.1 Members participate in Classes at their own risk.
5.2 Members confirm they are physically fit to take part.
5.3 Bodilabs instructors are not medical professionals.
5.4 Members should seek medical advice if unsure about participation.
5.5 Members must follow all instructor guidance during Classes.
6. LIABILITY
6.1 Bodilabs is not responsible for loss, damage or theft of personal belongings.
6.2 Participation in Classes is at the Member’s own risk, except where injury results from negligence.
6.3 Any liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
7. STUDIO RULES
7.1 Appropriate clothing must be worn at all times.
7.2 No food, glass, or unsafe items are allowed in the studio.
7.3 Members must respect the space, staff and other participants.
7.4 Bodilabs reserves the right to refuse entry.
8. PRIVACY
8.1 Bodilabs complies with UK data protection laws.
8.2 Personal data is used to:
- Manage bookings and payments
- Improve services
- Communicate updates and offers
8.3 Bodilabs does not sell personal data to third parties.
8.4 Members may request access, correction or deletion of their data.
9. GENERAL
9.1 Class schedules may change at any time.
9.2 Bodilabs may use photos/videos for promotional purposes unless a Member opts out in writing.
9.3 These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
